For your protection, your wireless device cannot be activated until you call UScellular from a phone other than the device you’ve purchased. Our automated service will quickly activate your device and a customer service representative can be accessed to answer any questions.

Important: If you purchased your device on an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP), it is very important to complete the activation process within 20 days of purchase. After that time period, we will automatically activate your device if you are a new customer. If you’re an existing customer, we will automatically disconnect your old device and activate your new one after that time.
